HYPERDREAM

  • Kaaistudios, Brussels

HYPERDREAM is a performance about touch, which explores the relationship between dance and the unknown and in which dance is moved by a mystery: an unknown message that absorbs the gaze. Dancers Arantxa Martínez and Paz Rojo pass on to each other what happens, what has happened, what they imagine, what comes to them, what they sense, what remains. The “passing on” does not consist in capturing what they know, but precisely in entering into a relationship with the unknown. The soundscape by Luz Prado creates a live listening relationship between sound engineering and the action on stage.
